Our proven experience includes projects totaling over $100 million throughout a variety of market sectors of the complex building environment in the City of Chicago and its surrounding area. These market sectors include new construction, adaptive reuse restoration and remodeling of both residential and commercial. Bret Borgstrom, Principal
Bret has been a general contractor for over 8 years throughout the Chicago area. During this time, Bret has experience in all aspects of construction from initial planning, zoning consulting, city permitting, estimating, scheduling, and helping clients fulfill their construction needs.
Bret graduated from the University of Iowa in 2014 and furthered his education with a Master's of Engineering in Construction Engineering and Management in 2017 from the Illinois Institute of Technology. He has a strong basis of construction intellect from managing some of the industries’ most complex projects.
