This phase includes discussion of your construction needs, investigative field work, clearing building violations, architecture, design and permitting. Proper project planning is critical to success. We also keep an eye on your project's budget to mitigate unforeseen costs and help forecast the financing. This effective planing stage transitions into efficient scheduling and approved permits to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

With a large workforce and a first class network of trusted subcontractors and vendors, we hold all teammates accountable throughout the entire build. From day-to-day scheduling and city inspections to a final product and quality control, we stay focused on the end goal. 

Includes site cleanup, system's training, final inspections, punch lists and move-in coordination. After completion, we attend site meetings as needed to ensure you're completely satisfied along with providing warranty information.
